I am furious about the unsatisfactory cleanliness of the room. The sheets and towels had visible stains, and I found a dead cockroach upon entering. To make matters worse, there was trash behind the bed and the countertops were sticky. My experience was utterly disappointing, especially considering the high price I paid.

The location is perfect, just a short drive to the beach and local attractions. The facilities are well-kept, making for a pleasant atmosphere. The room was spacious and provided a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring.

Front desk lady was super nice. Room was decent size with complementary breakfast. Comfortable bed provided good rest.

Unfortunately, the floors in the hallways felt unstable, making it a little concerning to walk through. Additionally, the microwave in my room was missing its turn plate, rendering it useless. It was frustrating when the air conditioning unit made a severe noise during the night, affecting my sleep.

The stay at Holiday Inn Express in Ocean Springs had some high points and quite a few frustrating moments. The pancake maker at breakfast caught my attention. I loved the fresh pancakes. a perfect start to the day. The scrambled eggs and bacon added a nice touch to the meal as well. I appreciated the size of my two queen bed room. Spacious enough to move around comfortably. The bedding was fresh and super comfy. definitely made for a great night's sleep. However, I encountered issues that made my visit less enjoyable. The downside began with the parking lot. it looked messy with yellow tape everywhere from ongoing work. I also faced challenges at the fitness center. The treadmill was hard to get working. the manager helped eventually. Some equipment didn’t even start up, which was disappointing. No soap or shampoo found in the bathroom was another letdown. These inconsistencies really took away from my overall experience, despite the positives. I think improvement in maintenance and room amenities would really enhance future stays.
